Library Future Plans
- Automated Circulation
We plan to implement a fully automated circulation system to streamline borrowing and returning processes. Self-service kiosks and mobile checkouts will reduce wait times and enhance user convenience. Integration with digital accounts will offer real-time updates, making the entire library experience faster, smoother, and more user-focused. - RFID
Our future plan includes deploying RFID technology to improve inventory management, security, and user service. RFID-enabled tagging will allow quicker checkouts, easy book tracking, and efficient shelf management. This technology will also reduce losses and thefts, ultimately creating a more modern, efficient, and secure library environment. - Library Newsletter
We plan to launch a dynamic, monthly library newsletter to keep users informed about new arrivals, upcoming events, workshops, and important announcements. Delivered both digitally and in print, the newsletter will enhance community engagement, promote resources, and provide users with valuable updates, tips, and highlights from the library. - Social Media Profiles of the Library
The library will strengthen its digital presence by creating and actively managing profiles on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. These profiles will be used to announce events, highlight collections, and engage directly with the community, making library services more accessible and building a stronger, interactive user base.
