Notice for Wish List

This is for the information for all applicants who want to seek admission in SEM I under CBCS system in the academic year 2021-22 but their names have not yet appeared in the allowed admission list (1 to 13). These applicants may express their willingness to get admission via admission portal of our college from 25.09.2021 (Saturday) 5 p.m. to 27.09.2021 (Monday) 05.00 p.m.

Applicants whose names have already appeared in the 1st to 13th List for Admission in 1^st phase are not eligible to register under WISH-LIST for that subject; however they can email us at admission@snggdcg.ac.in and if any vacancy remains after wishlist admission, their case will be considered.

Steps to be followed for “WISH-LIST” :

Step 1 : Candidates will be able to register under  WISH-LIST  by clicking the “Login” button against her name in the “1ST WISH OFFERING LIST TO REGISTER” provided on the admission portal of the college and merit list page of our website.

Step 2 : Log in with your user id (application no.) and Password.

Step 3: A pop-up will appear where you will be asked to express your willingness. You will find a list of subject(s) (with respective form numbers) in which you are eligible to register your name for WISH-LIST along with a button : “I AM INTERESTED.”

Step 3: Click on the button.

Step 4: A confirmation message will appear “Thanks for expressing your willingness to take admission to our College”. Log out after seeing the message. It completes the process of registering willingness. If possible take a screenshot or printout of this screen.

Note:

1.      The remaining admission list will be prepared on the basis of the available vacancies among the candidates registered under “WISH-LIST” according to merit.

2.      Registering names in the “WISH-LIST” does not ensure admission. However, if a candidate fails to register her willingness in the “WISH-LIST” her name will not be considered in final phase Admission List. No claim for admission will be entertained later.

3.      Those who are not genuinely interested to pursue studies in UG course at Sister Nibedita Govt. General Degree College for Girls need not register their names in WISH-LIST.

4.      If any candidate has already taken admission in any UG course at our College for the session 2021-22 but no more interested to continue her studies in our College, she is requested to cancel her admission online. This will provide opportunity for another deserving and willing candidate. Please refer to our earlier notice for the procedure of cancellation of admission.

A few important dates:

ü  Last date for registering willingness – 27.09.2021 (5 p.m.)

ü  Date of publication of WISH-LISTED Applicant (Provisional) – 28.09.2021 (10 a.m.)

ü  Publication of 14th admission list (based on wish list) – 28.09.2021 (10 a.m.) and it will valid till 6 pm, 28.09.2021

ü  Publication of 15th admission list (based on wish list) – 29.09.2021 (10 a.m.) and it will valid till 6 pm, 29.09.2021

ü  Publication of 16th admission list(based on wish list)  – 30.09.2021 (10 a.m.) and it will valid till 6 pm, 30.09.2021
