All 3^rd Semester students are hereby advised to report to college on 16^th November, 2021 at 12 noon for necessary submission of their Admission related documents. The detailed list of required documents is mentioned here below:

Documents to be submitted

1. Self attested photocopy of Mark Sheet of last qualifying examination.

2. Self-attested photocopy of Madhyamik Admit card or age-proof.

3. Two copies of recent colour passport-size photograph.

4. Self-attested photocopy of Caste Certificate ((only for SC/ST/OBC-A, OBC-B, issued by SDO or DM).

5. Self-attested photocopy of PWD (PH) Certificate. (only for PWD/PH candidates).

6. Blood group Certificate.

7. Original and photocopy of Character Certificate / School Leaving Certificate.

8. CU registration certificate (only for previously CU registered candidates)

9. Migration Certificate (not for WBCHSE, ISC, CBSE, NIOS)

10. COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate
