This is for the information of all U.G. First Year applicants who have taken admission under the CBCS system but later cancelled their candidature from this college, about the refund of their admission fees against cancellation of their UG admission. The said refund will be made from college office on 3rd and 6th December, 2021 from 12 noon to 3 PM on production of valid documentary evidence of date of cancellation of their candidature. There will be two categories of such refund:

I.          The candidates who have taken admission after 31st October, 2021 but cancelled before 30th November, 2021 will receive full refund.

II.        Those who have taken admission before 31st October but cancelled between 1st    November to 30th November, will receive partial refund.

Documents to be submitted:

1.         Print out of Application Form (duly signed by the candidate).

2.         Admission Fee payment receipt (duly signed by the candidate)

3.         Copy of any identity proof of the candidate (duly signed by the candidate)

4.         Letter of authorization and any identity proof (if a candidate is unable to report to the college office personally).

5.         Valid documentary evidence of date of cancellation.

Fees will be refunded by Account Payee cheque only. It is the responsibility of the applicant to collect the cheque from the college office personally or by authorized person on the specified date and time maintaining COVID-19 protocol. No further claim will be entertained beyond the stipulated dates.
