This is to inform that the students who have applied for SVMCM (fresh) are requested to be present in the college premises on 27 January, 2022 at 12 noon to submit the necessary photocopies of the documents in hard copies and also bring the documents in original for verification.

Fresh applicants should bring the following documents (in original and photocopies)

• Printed copy of filled up SVMCM form
• Admit Card of Madhyamik or equivalent examination
• Marksheet of Madhyamik or equivalent examination (both sides)
• Admit Card of Higher Secondary or equivalent examination
• Marksheet of Higher Secondary or equivalent examination (both sides)
•  Income certificate issued by competent authority as mentioned in the website
• The first page of your bank passbook that clearly mentions your account number and IFSC details
• Domicile certificate as Aadhaar ID/Voter ID/Ration card/Certificate Issued by concerned authority
• Admission receipt of the current semester

Document regarding not applying for SVMCM previous year (Option will appear only if applicant selects Year of Qualifying Exam as 2020 while registration)
