Students who have applied for OASIS are hereby informed that the last date of application for Certificate of Institution and verification of the documents (hard copies) by the college is 22 February, 2022. Those who still have not applied for bonafide certificate and submitted relevant documents for verification are requested to submit the necessary photocopies of the documents and also bring the documents in original for verification in college premises on 22 February, 2022 at 12 noon.

Applicants should bring the following documents (in original and photocopies)

·        Printed copy of Acknowledgement slip for OASIS application

·        Printed copy of completely filled up OASIS form

·        DOB document

·        Marksheets of the previous semesters

·        Caste certificate

·        Aadhaar Card

·        Income certificate issued by competent authority

·        The first page of your bank passbook that clearly mentions your account number and IFSC details

·        Certificate of Institution

·        Admission receipt of the current semester (Sem 1, 3 or 5)

·        Address Proof

·        Certificate from Hostel Superintendent (if the student stays in hostel)

Proof of receiving scholarship amount in the previous year (for renewal)
