This is for the information of all concerned that a special team of Central Government Auditors from the Office of the Principal Accountant General (Audit- I), West Bengal, Treasury Building, Kolkata will visit this office from 17th May to 26th May, 2022 in connection with conduct and compliance of statutory Government Audit. Under this emergency situation, all teaching and non-teaching staff are hereby compulsorily detained for this period. The respective departmental heads are further advised to keep their necessary purchase related documents, stock register, copies of the tender notice, comparative statement of quotations, work order, etc ready for necessary scrutiny by the audit team during the aforesaid audit process. This notice is being issued in concurrence with the advice of the superior authority.
