Ø  Internal and Tutorial examination of Generic paper of semester III will be held in the following schedule:

Ø  Time span and starting time of the above mentioned examinations will be followed according to the departmental decision and/or respective UG-BOS guidelines, but must be within the mentioned slot.

Ø  All head of the departments are requested to inform Internal Examination Committee about the students who have attendance below 60% course/paper wise. This information is to be communicated via email (email id: internalexam.snggdcg@gmail.com) within 09.12.2022. Use departmental email for this purpose.

Ø  Total number of answer scripts and loose sheets required for semester III and semester V internal and tutorial examination to be furnished by each department to the committee. These answer scripts will be distributed from College office on 9.12.2022 and 10.12.2022.

Ø  The answer scripts of Internal and Tutorial Examinations of semester III and semester V will be preserved by the department. If any examination does not require answer script, i.e. students can answer in the question paper that should be preserved by the department.

Ø  Departments who require question paper to be photocopied from office should contact with Mr. Swarup Halder and Mrs. Salma De on 8.12.2022, 9.12.2022 and 10.12.2022 within 11:30am -2:00 pm.

Ø  Attendance sheet for examinees will be provided by the committee to respective departmental email by 8.12.2022. Each examinee should fill up and sign it on the day of examination.

Ø  All the Head of the Departments are requested to contact the Internal Examination Committee in case of any emergencies on or before the commencement of the examination, for the smooth conduct of all the examination.
