Students who have applied for OASIS (FRESH / RENEWAL) online are requested to be present in the college premises on 16.12.2022. Verification of documents will be done at Room no. T14 (Food and Nutrition department, 3rd floor) from 3 pm to 4.30 pm.

Fresh / Renewal Applicants should bring the following documents (in original and photocopies). The students are hereby informed to make two (2) sets of photocopies of the original documents.

·         Printed copy of Acknowledgement Slip for OASIS application

·         Printed OASIS Application Form

·         DOB document (Admit Card of Class X)

·         Marksheet of Class X final examination (for freshers) / Mark sheets of the last qualifying semesters (Marksheets of the last year i.e., last odd and even semesters for Sem III and Sem V applicants)

·         Caste Certificate issued by competent authority

·         Aadhaar Card

·         Income Certificate issued by competent authority

·         First page of your bank passbook that clearly mentions your account number and IFSC details

·         Admission receipt of the current semester

·         Address proof

·         Endorsement Letter from HoD

·         Updated bank passbook showing entry of last OASIS installment received

Schedule for submission of hardcopies by students: From 09.09.2022. on any working Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 11 am to 4 pm to the Office of DWO, BCW, Kolkata, Old Khadya Bhawan, 2^nd Floor, 11 A Mirza Ghalib Street, Kolkata – 700087.
