Students who have applied for SVMCM (FRESH  and 1^st RENEWAL) are informed that the date of verification of the documents (hard copies) by the college is 17 JANUARY, 2023. Applicants are requested to submit the necessary photocopies of the documents and also bring the documents in original for verification in college premises on 17 JANUARY, 2023 at 12 noon to 2 PM at Room no. T1.

FRESH APPLICANTS should bring the following documents (in original and photocopies)

• Printed copy of filled up SVMCM form

• Admit Card of Madhyamik or equivalent examination

• Marksheet of Madhyamik or equivalent examination (both sides)

• Marksheet of Higher Secondary or equivalent examination (both sides)

• Income certificate issued by competent authority as mentioned in the website

• The first page of your bank passbook that clearly mentions your account number and IFSC details

• Domicile certificate as Aadhaar ID/Voter ID/Ration card/Certificate Issued by concerned authority

• Admission receipt of the current semester

• Documents regarding not applying for SVMCM in previous years (Option will appear only if applicant selects Year of Qualifying Exam as 2021 and 2020 while registration)

1^ST RENEWAL APPLICANTS should bring the following documents (in original and photocopies)

• Printed copy of filled up SVMCM form

• Marksheets of Semesters 1 and 2 (both sides)

• Admission receipt of the current semester
