It is hereby informed to all the departments who have conducted and will conduct University Practical Examinations (Hons. & Generic), that as per the directive of the University of Calcutta we need to provide Utilization Certificate of received answer scripts & loose sheets.  The certificate should include details such as the number of answer scripts & loose sheets received, the date of receipt, number of utilized and un-utilized answer scripts & loose sheets. For this purpose, all the heads of the above-mentioned departments are directed to submit the U.C. in tabular format to the convener Practical Examination sub-committee within 01.08.2023 (Tuesday).
