This is to inform that the students who are interested in applying for NATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP (NSP) (FRESH AND RENEWAL) are requested to complete their online application process first. Applicants are requested to be present in the college premises on 12.12.2023 with necessary documents as mentioned below. Verification of documents will be done at Room no. T 13 (Dept of Geology, 3^rd floor) from 12.30 pm to 2 pm.

This is the last and final date of verification at college level. No application will be entertained after 12.12.2023.

Fresh Applicants should bring the following documents (in original and photocopies).

• Filled up Printed Application Form of NSP
• DOB document (Admit Card of Class X)
• Marksheet of Class X final examination
• Mark sheet of the last qualifying examination (Class XII)
• Aadhaar Card
• First page of your bank passbook that clearly mentions your account number and IFSC details
• Admission receipt
• Endorsement Letter from HoD
• Family income certificate from the competent authority
• Caste certificate (if required) from the competent authority
• Domicile certificate (if required)

Renewal Candidates should bring the following documents (in original and photocopies).

• Previous Year’s Filled up Printed Application Form
• DOB document
• Mark sheet of the last qualifying semester
• Aadhaar Card
• First page of your bank passbook that clearly mentions your account number and IFSC details
• Updated bank passbook showing entry of last NSP installment received
• Admission receipt of the current semester
• Filled up Bona-fide Certificate for the current application
• Endorsement Letter from HoD
• Family income certificate from the competent authority
• Caste certificate (if required) from the competent authority
• Domicile certificate (if required)
