1. I have paid my application fees, but payment status is showing not paid. What should I do?

Ans: Wait for two working days, if still it shows not paid, email to us at admission@snggdcg.ac.in with your transaction details.

2. During my transaction, link expired but received SMS from bank with transaction ID. What should I do?

Ans: Email to us at admission@snggdcg.ac.in with your transaction details, we will check our end, if we received your payment it will be updated in your portal within 2 working days.

3. During payment using SBI collect, I have entered wrong information but application ID, Challan number  and amount are correct?

Ans: application ID/Challan number  and amount are correct  most important information, if all these are correct, then we will update your payment  within 2 working days.
