Reopening of Admission portal for B.A(H)/B.Sc. (H) admission under CBCS system.

As per notification of the Department of Higher Education, Govt. of West Bengal (No. 530-Edn(CS)/10M-95/14, dated 21/09/2020) the Admission Portal will be reopened  (second phase) to fillup the vacant seats of the following Subjects and Categories. The Portal will re-open from 2 pm of 26th September, 2020 to 5th October, 2020 till 6 p.m.

Interested candidates are requested to apply online following the guidelines given below:

New Applicant:

ü  Register your application through “Apply Online” from our website www.snggdcg.ac.in and then “Apply Now” item.

ü  Select the Subject, fill up every detail and submit clear scan copy for your relevant documents like 10th admit, 12th marks sheet, signature, photo, cast certificate (only for reserved categories students) (from competent authorities)  and CU registration certificate (if you have any) online.

ü  Read carefully before submission. Any wrong entry of marks, category, year of passing, Board of last qualifying examination cannot be rectified later.  For this year application fees is zero.

Existing Applicant:

If an existing applicant wants to apply for subjects and category mentioned above, the following instructions are to be followed:

ü  Get into the login portal with the candidate’s existing ID (Application No) and password.

ü  Upload all clear scan copy for your relevant documents like 10th admit, 12th marks sheet, signature, photo, cast certificate (only for reserved categories students) (from competent authorities)  and CU registration certificate (if you have any) online. Ignore if you have already done this earlier.

ü  Go through the option Apply New Subject

ü  Choose your course and subject

ü  Add to my Application

ü  Save and continue.  (For this year application fees is zero.)

Important Note:

v  Eligibility criteria and other details are already given in the Admission Notice 2020 dated  (07/08/20120)

v  Applicants are requested to go through the website regularly; no request will be entertained if the announcements in the admission site are not noticed by any applicant.

v  In case any information/documents is subsequently detected to be fake or false, your admission shall be cancelled at any stage of admission.

v  If at any stage it is found that you do not full fill any of the rules and regulations of the University and this college regarding admission to undergraduate courses then your application will be rejected and if admitted then your admission will be cancelled.
