Though the last date of refund process of admission fees is over, taking into consideration the present COVID-19 pandemic situation and requests from the candidates, refund of admission fees will be made again from college office on 28th January, 2021. This is the last and final date for refund against cancellation. The candidates who have taken admission in the first semester undergraduate course 2020, in this college and have cancelled their admission on or before 15th January 2021 are eligible for the refund of admission fees. Said candidates must report at college office on that day between 11 am and 12 noon positively with the following documents:

ü Print out of Application Form (signed by the candidate)

ü Admission Fee Payment Receipt (signed by the candidate)

ü Copy of any identity proof of the candidate (signed by the candidate)

ü Letter of authorization (if a candidate is unable to report to the college office personally)

Important point:

No candidates who have cancelled their admission after 15th January 2021 are eligible for any refund.

Fees will be refunded by account payee cheque only. It is the responsibility of the applicant to collect the cheque from the college office personally or by authorized person on the specified date and time maintaining COVID-19 protocol.

No further claim will be entertained beyond this date.
