All teaching and non-teaching staff members of our college are hereby informed that there has been an extension for fresh enrolment of candidates under the West Bengal Health Scheme (WBHS) vide G.O. No. 70-5 (MED)WB dated 02.06 2021. The portal for new online submission of applications for WBHS has been opened to this effect by the concerned department.

Interested applicants desirous to avail the facilities under the WBHS are hereby advised to register their respective names and/or their beneficiaries at the earliest.

The complete set of relevant information with substantive documents and duly filled-in declaration form (already circulated under the cover of earlier Notice Nos. SNGGDCG/26 dated 15.5.2021 and SNGGDCG/28 dated 27.5.21) must be mailed to the Officer-in-Charge/College Coordinator of WBHS at the mail id : wbhs@snggdcg.ac.in.

However, prior to above application, the incumbent must ensure to formally inform the undersigned about his/her desire of availing the WBHS and discontinuation of Medical Allowance thereof.
