Tender for online admission process for the academic year 2021-22 under CBCS system 

Sealed quotations are invited from reputed web-developers/agency for smooth running and implementation of online admission process (Online Admission System Integrated with payment gateway & SMS Service and High-end dedicated server) for the academic year 2021-22 under CBCS system under University of Calcutta guideline at Sister Nibedita Government General Degree College for Girls. All prices should be inclusive GST.

PRE-ADMISSION

•             Defining admission criteria

•             Student Registration for form fill-up as per admission criteria along with upload of scanned copy of necessary documents like images / signature / mark sheet / cast certificate / ID Proof

•             Payment integration bank ( BillDesk gateway)

•             Registration payment reconciliation and payment update status publication for successful applicants

•             Publishing of valid applicant list

•             Provisional merit list generation

ADMISSION       

•             Category wise final merit list.

•             EMAIL / SMS / Web site publishing of merit list for counselling / admission based on sit capacity.

•             Direct admission through online admission portal

•             Admission Challan generation

•             Admission Payment against admission challan

•             Admission payment reconciliation

•             Document verification of applicant

POST ADMISSION

·         Student ID and Roll No generation

·         Student ID Card generation

·         Student Attendance register generation

·         Generation of registration form and excel data (As per specification of University of Calcutta) of admitted candidates with other related materials like photo, signature, and certificates University registration of the students
