The course is a step towards preparing the students to face situations with confidence and to seek employment in the modern Globalized world. The rationale behind this endeavor is to improve functional efficiency by developing self-introspection skills and the way of expression in different behavioral dimensions.

The duration of the course was 40 hrs. Dr. Sumi Ganguly, assistant professor of Chemistry, was the course coordinator from our college and Ms. Debannita Biswas  was the course coordinator from George ITeS. A total of 32 students were enrolled in this course and this course was run for the period of 2.03.2019 to 04.05.2019 by George ITeS. The course was focused on communicative english, customer care skill, sales skill, telephone etiquettes and team building skill.
